Benefits Overview

To accommodate a diverse workforce, Q4 offers a benefits package that is all about choices. Moving away from the one-size-fits-all approach, employees are given the opportunity to choose how they use their benefits in a way that best meets their unique needs.

Employee Handbook

The employee handbook is a great tool for employees, new and existing, to learn about Q4's mission, values and norms. The handbook lays out expectations about everything from the dress code to employee benefits to conduct guidelines. Take some time to familiarize yourself with what's inside!

First Day Information

We are looking forward to having you join the Q4orce team! You can come in at 10:00AM on your first day.

Here’s what you can expect on your first day at Q4:

Office Tour

Your manager or onboarding partner will take you around the office for a quick tour and introduce you to our different teams!

IT Set Up

Our IT team will get you set-up on your computer/laptop and give you your own office fob, run through IT policies and answer any questions you may have.

We also prepared some awesome Q4 swag for you!

Team Lunch

We will be taking you out for lunch, so don’t bring a lunch on your first day :-)

If you have any allergies or food you can't eat, please let us know.

New Hire Orientation

Learn more about Q4, platform/tools that we use, training, fun things we do around the office and more!

Benefits/Payroll

Our Total Rewards Specialist will give you a rundown on benefits and answer any questions you may have.

Dress Code

Q4’s dress code is casual. Feel free to wear jeans or button down shirts!

Local Lunch Suggestions

Our Q4 office is in a great location for lunch. A popular choice throughout the office is White Cross Market - it has so many options we refer to it as a food playground! Other quick options include Chilangos, Coco Di Mama, Hop and K10. If you are looking for a nice after work cocktail, bite to eat and a view after work you will want to check out the Aviary!

Directions to the Office

Driving

There are two close by parking garages for the public in the area, London Wall Car Park and NCP – London Finsbury Square.

Public Transportation

Tube and Rail: The closest stops to the office are Mooregate, Liverpool, or Bank Station. Please use a map to see which station works best for your route!

Bus: The A, B, and N bus all have stops on our block. Please check a map to see which route is best for you!

Biking/Walking

Biking and walking can be great depending on how close you live to the space, there are a ton of bike paths in the area and 2 bike docking stations on our block if needed. When you arrive to the office you will see rows of bike racks for your use and showers if you need a quick freshen up before work!
